- I would like to ask you to be there 5 minutes prior to the beginning of the class so we can start altogether in time.
- It is best not to eat within 1,5 hour before class starts.
Mats and blankets
- There will be mats, blankets and yoga props available.
- If you prefer your own mat and blanket feel free to bring it with you.
Suggested to bring yourself
- Easy comfy cloths
- Towel to cover your mat
- Water bottle
- Warm socks for the relaxation
I suggest to wear easy and compfy cloths (f.e. a legging or sweatpants) so you can easily move and stretch. Since there is not a specific changing room at the locations I would recommend you to come to the location in your yoga cloths.
