This workshop offers an opportunity to learn how to practise meditation to increase inner peace and your overall wellbeing. You will learn how to quiet your mind and exploring a deeper part of you being. You will be introduced variety of simple, effective meditation techniques that you can use in your daily life. The focus will be on bodily sensations and observation of your senses by using sound and essential oils.
