What is an essential oil
Essential oils are volatile aromatic compounds that are found in the seeds, bark, stems, roots, flowers, and other parts of plants. These compounds not only give the plants their smells but also play a role in the natural defence system of the plant. When pressed or distilled to an essential oil this compounds can become a powerful tool for maintaining the health of us human beings.

Which means that the oils are 100% pure and went thru 5 different quality test before they end up in the bottle.
How to use essential oils
Essential oils can be used in three ways, topically, aromatically & internally. Always make sure that you are well informed by how to use the different essential oils. There are many good books that are based scientific research that can give you the information about how to use the oils.
