3 tips to stay cool in summer

Do you feel it as well this radiating exciting energy in the air?!  Most of us are more active and passionate than in the winter months. The summer is a time to play and make fun. The heating energy of the summer is activating our mind and heating our body. When we travel to warmer countries we experience this even more. Of course our bodies have the magnificent possibility to adapt to the climate, but is always nice to have some simple tools to cool down when we are overheated ;-). So hereby 3 tips to stay cool in summer.

Some forward bends you can practise:

Balasana | Childspose
Paschimottanasana | Forward bend
Baddha Konasana | Butterfly pose
Tarasana | Star pose

Refreshing Body Scrub

1 cup brown or granulated sugar
1/4 cup coconut oil
4 drops Peppermint essential oil
4 drops Lavender essential oil

3

Cucumber Lime Juice

Blend:
4 stalks of celery heart
1 small cucumber ( peeled,
chopped &  the seeds removed)
juice from ½ lime
½ cup water
½ cup ice

 Have a lovely chill summer
